exchange policy

1.  Items can be exchanged/returned fourteen (14) days from receipt of merchandise.  Kindly email your order number, specific item for return, and chosen item to exchange at info@harlanholden.com .

2.  Once items are received and checked by harlan + holden we will send an email confirmation.

3. Items bought online may be exchanged/returned in any of our stores in MANILA fourteen (14) days from receipt of merchandise.

4.  For refunds, you will be refunded the same method it was paid for, and within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

NOTE: Items should be in original packaging with tags attached to garment, no visible damage, unworn and unwashed.
